Delivery
Orders will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt by Badgeshop. Any possible delay will be advised (by E-Mail) within 2 working days of receipt of order.

V.A.T is applicable at the rate of 17.5% to UK and EU orders. This is added automatically to your order on selection of country of destination.

Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit advise us as follows:
- In the case of damage please advise within 48 hours of receipt and return the item(s) to A&E Irvine, T/A Badgeshop, 5 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1SR, United Kingdom.
- In the case of possible loss in transit, before advising us, please allow 15 days (20 days for Europe & Overseas) from the date of order as the cause may be a delay in the postal system.

We are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if any of the badges you have ordered are not exactly what you wanted we guarantee to refund without query or delay. Simply return any item within 28 days of receipt (in original packaging where appliicable) to A&E Irvine, T/A Badgeshop, 5 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1SR, United Kingdom.
